I planned to support a few clients until I could secure my next full-time role, but freelancing quickly turned into entrepreneurship and today I have been running my own business for more than seven years. In the beginning, I was a freelance publicist that was desperate for work and let my clients tell me how much I was worth. Today, I am a business owner that attracts the clients I want, at the rates I set, on my terms.
